Just play Arabia!вЂќ my answer is no, that map is perma-banned from my personal matchmaking queue because you all are way too good at Arabia and my early eco needs protection. Players may force an election once per turn the less popular the current cabinet is. The cabinet may be re-elected for another term, for a total of 16 turns. The head and cabinet are elected through popular vote, and serve for four years (8 turns) before another election. Lower classes revolt a monarchy falls, and a republic is formed. To me, it is a nice way to play some competitive Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition when I donвЂ™t quite have enough time to play a long 4v4 Arena Ranked Match. A Republic is a Government type in Empire: Total War. ItвЂ™s worth noting that we donвЂ™t expect Empire Wars to replace Random Maps. ItвЂ™s hard to say for sure, so we want to raise its visibility by giving it a ranked queue and let you decide.

This could be thanks to the Red Bull Wololo tournament series (which you should all check out starting May 29) or it could just be because it is a fun, shorter game mode, that feels like Age of Empires. In the lobby (& mods) there are a few options for short game modes including Deathmatch, Turbo, Battle Royale, and Castle Blood Automatic, but the most popular, and fastest-growing, is Empire Wars. ItвЂ™s a difficult problem to solve because shortening or speeding up matches can impact the вЂњclassic Age of Empires: IIвЂќ feeling. One of the most common requests we see is for a short game mode. Why are we adding Empire Wars Ranked queue? Believe me when I say this is something we take very seriously and I want to walk you through the logic and why we think this is the right decision for Deathmatch and the wider Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition community. Ok, enough preamble, IвЂ™m here to announce that we will be removing Deathmatch from the ranked queue and replacing it with Empire Wars in an upcoming patch. So how much bigger will it have to be to fit a reasonable portion of Cathay and not minimize MoM and Darklands too much? Another 3-4 provinces wider or more?Дў-3 could probably do it, depending on how the Maw region is represented - I'd expect Cathay to be squeezed north-south it it was implemented on the Game 3 Mortal Empires map. There's a good chance something like that is what we'll get, but if it is, it pretty much means CA will have decided against including any of the Far East. Even Ogre territory is pretty compressed east-west to fit. Won't see Cathay, Ind, or Khuresh on that map. + Cathay, Ind, Kuresh and most importantly NIPPON ] + the Southern expansions allowing ships to pass arround Southlands ]

I love how he moved some cities to their more lorefull positions, and packed everything neatly without breaking the egsisting portions of the map. Personaly I really want to have my Magical Samurai fight all the Races of Warhammer at some point, but realisticaly - this is what we can hope to get in WH3.

I think it is truelly remarkable map, possibly the biggest compromise between Epicness and Funcionablity. I just wanted to bring your attencion to it.
